Nautical Archaeology – Working/Diving with ROVs

ROV investigations can be planned and implemented using custom payload options designed to take advantage of prevailing environmental factors, such as bottom visibility and seabed characteristics, to make accurate, real-time observations and site assessments. ROVs offer greater depth capabilities and nearly the same maneuverability of manned diving operations at a reduced risk to project personnel.

Experience with a range of ROVs:

  • Class I (pure observation)
  • Class II (observation with payload option)
  • Class III (work class vehicles)
